What would you like to say to a mom facing an unplanned pregnancy?

You can do just that by simply filling out this form with a few encouraging phrases! One of our A Woman’s Place Medical Clinic team members will give your note to a pregnant mom to take home with her with her baby’s “first picture,” the baby’s ultrasound photos, to remind her of the life she is carrying and that she is not alone.
