The world and our culture has changed tremendously since I was a little boy. I grew up with Silent Prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance in school, divorce and single parent homes were rare, on Sundays families hung out and did things together, teen pregnancy was not an epidemic, and abortion was not remotely considered as a solution for an unplanned pregnancy especially among married couples.

I grew up being taught by my parents and our culture to make responsible decisions. That my choices and behavior would yield either rewards or consequences and would impact my future either positively or negatively.

I grew up in a culture and time in history when God was honored, respected and worshipped.

Overall the media, TV and movies, reinforced all that was good about family values; the benefits and blessings of sexual purity, the beauty of marriage and the privilege of raising children, and the importance of worshipping together as a family.

God’s Word never changes but cultures do. The Bible says:

Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever [Hebrews 13:8]. We are in this world but not of this world [John 17:16]. Trust the Lord with all your heart [Proverbs 3:5-6]. Go out and make disciples [Matthew 28:19]. Greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world [1 John 4:4]. My God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus [Philippians 4:19].

Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God our Father means caring for the orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you [James 1:27]. Rescue those who are unjustly sentenced to death [Proverbs 24:11-12]. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age [Matthew 28:20].

Here at the ministry we believe God’s Word, we apply God’s Word, we share God’s Word, especially in these days when it is counter cultural and politically incorrect.

In 2008:

• We marveled as the Lord touched so many women’s hearts and we witnessed 105 salvations and re-dedications!
• Praise God 256 babies were saved from abortion - ONE BABY was saved everyday our Centers’ doors were open!
• We ministered to dozens of women through our Passages Post-Abortion Grief Support Groups!
• From September 2008 through May 2009 we spoke to over 8,600 students in our middle schools and high schools to help lower teen pregnancies and STD’s!
