Dear Faithful Friend,
Terri and I pray that the Lord is richly blessing you and your family!
Can you believe that 2018 marks our 20th year of humbly and gratefully serving the Lord through the New Life Solutions Family of Ministries?
The Lord has put on our hearts the need for EVEN MORE GROWTH AND EXPANSION to help reclaim our nation for Christ and to return our country back to a culture of LIFE!!! Along with this vision God has given us, we have the need to EXPAND OUR LEADERSHIP and the time is now!
Four years ago, I shared with our godly and visionary Board of Directors the need to start praying and preparing for SUCCESSION PLANNING since my 20th Anniversary with New Life Solutions would soon be here. I remember praying specifically for the Lord to raise up an anointed, humble godly leader, with a powerful prayer LIFE, a love for the unborn and the Sanctity of LIFE and a calling and desire to serve the Lord with all their heart in the Pro-LIFE Movement. GOD FAITHFULLY ANSWERED THIS PRAYER!
This is a remarkable description of Charles DiMarco, MBA, who as of August 1st, is our new President and CEO. I look forward to personally introducing you to Charles, as I continue on with the Ministry in my new role as the Vice President of Church and Community Partnerships and doing what I love most, spending time with Pastors, Ministry Partners and my Wife
Terri and I are grateful for answered prayer and we are excited about this new season in our lives and in the life of the Ministry. This change will allow us to spend more time with our 5 children, 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. It will also allow New Life Solutions to grow to the next level as Charles and his wife Cindy bring fresh, prayerful passion, extensive business experience and great vision to the Ministry. Win Win Win!!!
God has answered our prayers and we believe that Charles is the man for such a time as this and a wonderful fit for New Life Solutions. Praise the Lord!!!
Celebrating Life Together,
Sol and Terri Pitchon

Running To Win! Succession to Success…
by Donna Clute, Dir. Marketing and Media Strategies
“Don’t you realize that in a race everyone runs, but only one person gets the prize? So run to win!” 1 Corinthians 9:24 NLT
We are so blessed to have a God who is faithful beyond measure! He is the God who knows the beginning from the end. He is the God who leads us today as faithfully as He led Moses through the Red Sea on dry ground. We are so very thankful that it is God who has been leading us through an amazing succession plan so that the Ministry will continue to flourish and thrive.
As Sol shared in his article on page 3, he is excited about this transition. We thought you would enjoy an opportunity to “listen in” on a conversation between Sol Pitchon, MA Vice President of Church and Community Partnerships and our new Pres/CEO, Charles DiMarco, MBA.
SP: My wife Terri introduced me to the Pro-Life Movement on our second date when I joined her and her friend Rita in St. Petersburg to pray in front of an abortion clinic. How were you introduced to the Pro-Life Movement?
CD: That is interesting. I was also introduced to this cause by my wife and her parents. My in-laws, Bud and Liz Plotts, were among the many people who came together in the 1980’s to start this Ministry originally called the Pregnancy Center of Pinellas County. They were and still are very passionate about rescuing the unborn and advocating for women and families facing unplanned pregnancies. My wife Cindy was introduced to this ministry and this cause as a young woman and it remains a deep passion in her heart.
SP: It is a blessing for us to have wives who have great faith in the Lord and strong Pro-Life views.
CD: I completely agree that we are blessed! Cindy makes me better than I am!
SP: When I came to the Ministry, I brought with me years of experience in business and as a Christian Counselor. Please share your experience with our readers and donors.
CD: I have spent the last 25 years immersed in strategic marketing, branding, and global operations and disciplines. Past roles and experiences include serving as the Vice President of Marketing and Operations for a national organization, leading teams and people, creating vision, and brand growth. One of the business disciplines that I have been trained in is with The Gallup Organization in developing strengths-based teams and employee engagement principles. I have also been trained by PPG Industries in creating and implementing Business Process Excellence. Additionally, I have taught at St. Petersburg College in the College of Business in a host of marketing, management, sales, and entrepreneurial classes. Through our church, my wife and I teach a marriage Sunday School class and for the last 16 years I have taught and helped lead our Crown Financial Ministries classes.
Sol, why were you drawn to Charles for this transition?
SP: Because of his great love for the Lord and his application of Biblical Standards in every part of his life and his business experience.
Charles, why were you drawn to New Life Solutions?
CD: In Psalm 82:3-4 NKJ it says, “Defend the poor and fatherless; Do justice to the afflicted and needy. Deliver the poor and needy; Free them from the hand of the wicked.” There is a call to action for us in these verses. While we may not wear capes, the entire team at New Life Solutions and so many in our community that come along side of us and support us are the real-life super heroes and are the true wonder women and super men in this cause. I am called and impassioned to the charge of defending, rescuing, and delivering those that need help. My wife Cindy has said, “The weak make the strong compassionate.” We commit to live out this godly compassion.
